We must have new copies of your child’s birth certificate, immunization record, and most recent physical. Please bring these documents with you to registration or have them arranged to be faxed to the Y.

The First Day of the Y-Excel After School Program for 2024 will be August 19th, 2024.

If we do not have a completed packet and required documents your child will not be able to attend until everything is complete. Please make sure you receive a phone call or email from the Y to confirm registration before your child starts.

After School Programs

Where: Each Pulaski County Elementary School

When: Every day school is in session

Times: When school ends – 6:00 PM

Cost: $250 per month per child. This price includes all after-school care and early release days.

*We also accept the DSS Child Care Subsidy Program

Please Note:

• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any camp days at this time.
• We will not operate on unplanned or unexpected early release days.
• New to this year each school site will be required to have 11 students enrolled in order to keep the program running. If a school site does not meet the minimum of 11 kids enrolled we will not be able to offer care at that school site. Please spread the word and enroll your kids!!

What to Expect:

• Snack or supper (likely provided at no cost by the school, details to come)
• Homework time with help from our talented staff
• Lots of playing outside
• Fun and games, including engaging ways to build math, literacy and social/emotional skills
