The YMCA of Pulaski County is pleased to announce that we will continue to offer afterschool care for grades K – 5. Dublin Elementary, Pulaski Elementary, Riverlawn Elementary and Snowville Elementary Schools will remain on site for our program. Critzer Elementary School children are bussed to Pulaski Elementary School where they will remain until parents pick them up.
This program offers a safe and fun environment for your child. They will have time to complete their homework or virtual learning assignments with plenty of time left over for play. Some of the highlights of our program are:
- Safety for your child and other children is our top priority! We are a licensed program through the Virginia Department of Education, so you can be assured that all staff have been screened and trained, and are prepared to provide the best experience for your child.
- We are working with PCPS again this year to provide either a heavy snack or supper to students. In the abscence of school provided snacks, the YMCA will provide a light after-school snack.
- At Y Excel we encourage every child to try new things, make new friends, laugh, explore, and have fun!
Complete the registration form online or download the registration packet and return completed application with a copy of the 1) child’s birth certificate, 2) immunization record, and 3) proof of physical exam.
